His leadership is rooted in his formative years at the Royal Military College, where he honed the strategic thinking and decision-making skills that continue to define his approach today. With over a decade of service in the Canadian Armed Forces, including his ongoing commitment as a reservist, Mr. Ayers embodies the principles of resilience and adaptability.
After transitioning to the financial sector, Mr. Ayers began his career in banking, where he gained a deep understanding of wealth management and market dynamics. This experience ignited his passion for investments and trading, paving the way for his entrepreneurial journey.
As the founder of ImpACTIVE CBD, Mr. Ayers demonstrated his ability to identify market opportunities and deliver innovative solutions. Building a successful business equipped him with the tools to think strategically and act decisively, qualities he carried into his independent trading career.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Fleming has established himself as a seasoned executive, serial entrepreneur, and innovator. He has founded and led ventures across diverse industries, including cannabis, real estate, technology, and biotechnology. This wealth of experience enables him to identify opportunities, navigate risks, and scale businesses with remarkable precision.
Mr. Fleming’s expertise in capital raising and corporate governance forms the backbone of Summit36’s strategic vision. Carl MacAulay has a diverse background in law enforcement, public relations, business development, marketing and security. He retired from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 2015 after 25 years’ service.
Mr. MacAulay has extensive training in all forms of criminal investigations, including suspect interrogation, drug investigations, weapons and serious case management. After retiring from the RCMP, Mr. MacAulay became the Chief Animal Protection Officer for the province of New Brunswick. Leading a province wide 25-member team investigating wildlife, domestic animal and livestock abuse, with approximately 2500 files a year investigated under the Criminal Code of Canada.
Mr. MacAulay has been involved in the private sector also overseeing security guidelines for one of Atlantic Canada’s largest immigration companies Work Global Canada. Work Global Canada has many foreign immigration clients in which Mr. MacAulay oversees protocols protecting this process from illegal outside influences.
Mr. MacAulay also was the Security Director and RPIC (Responsible Person in Charge) for Health Canada Cannabis application Spot Therapeutics based in Fredericton New Brunswick, with a cultivation license being issued March 25, 2019.
